Meet Dr. Natalie Carruth

Having the opportunity to serve the dental needs of Central Alabama and the surrounding areas is truly a blessing. I enjoy spending time with my patients and using the gifts that I’ve been given to take care of them. While I have a heart for both adult and pediatric patients, children bring a unique spark with them wherever they go and have a special place in my heart. I treat each one of my patients the way I would want my own children to be treated. I feel honored to have the opportunity to make an impact on a child’s life, whether big or small, and to be able to show them love during what can be a scary situation.

I am a West Tennessee native and was born and raised in Jackson, but the state of Alabama has had a place in my heart for a long time. I attended Auburn University (War Eagle!) where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences. I then headed back to Tennessee and received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2013. I have many years of experience providing pediatric and general dentistry care. I am also certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to administer botulinum toxin (Botox®), dermal fillers, and PDO smooth threads for esthetic purposes, and botulinum toxin for TMJ and orofacial pain.

I now live in Tuscaloosa with my husband Eric and our three energetic kids. When I am not at work taking care of patients, I am keeping up with Charlie, Caecilia, and Forrest. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis, going to the lake, snow skiing, golfing, and playing with our dog, Pancake.
